Goldman Sachs plans to price 0% notes linked to MSCI EAFE for Svensk

Tacoma, Wash., May 5 - AB Svensk Exportkredit plans to price 0% equity index-linked notes tied to the MSCI EAFE index via Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The tenor of the notes will be 18 to 21 months.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times any index gain, subject to a maximum payout of $1,429 to $1,494 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. Investors will be exposed to any index decline.

The exact maturity date and cap will be set at pricing.
