Tacoma, Wash., March 31 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced an additional $5 million of 0% Elements due Feb. 13, 2023 linked to the MLCX Biofuels Index - Total Return via Nuveen Investments and Merrill Lynch & Co., according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes priced at 68.873 and bring the issue size to $9 million. The company issued $4 million of notes at par on Feb. 5, 2008 and said it will issue up to $250 million of the notes.
The index is designed to provide a benchmark for the biofuels sector and for investment in commodities as an asset class. The index comprises futures contracts on physical commodities that are either biofuels themselves or feedstock commonly used in the production of biofuels.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, less an annual investor fee of 0.75% times the proportion of days elapsed.
Holders may put back the notes for repurchase on weekly repurchase dates. There is a minimum put requirement of $5 million of notes.
The notes are listed on the NYSE Arca under the symbol "FUE."
