New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $30.3 million 0% notes linked to MSCI EAFE for Svensk

New York, Dec. 10 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced $30.3 million of 0% equity index-linked notes due Dec. 16, 2011 linked to the MSCI EAFE index via Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, subject to a maximum return of 37%. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less; 90% if the index declines by 10% to 30%; and will lose 1.2857% for every 1% that it declines beyond 30%.
