Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 5 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced an additional $2 million of 0% Elements due Feb. 13, 2023 linked to the MLCX Grains Index - Total Return via Nuveen Investments and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc., according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes priced in two tranches: $1 million at 54.481 on Oct. 19 and another $1 million at 54.659 on Oct. 20.
In total, the company has priced $22.5 million of the notes in 13 tranches. The original $4 million of the notes priced at par on Feb. 14, 2008.
The index is designed to provide a benchmark for the grains sector and for investment in commodities as an asset class. The index comprises futures contracts on corn, soybeans, soy meal and wheat.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, less an annual investor fee of 0.75%.
Holders may put back the notes for repurchase on weekly repurchase dates. There is a minimum put requirement of $5 million of notes.
The notes are listed on the NYSE Arca under the symbol "GRU."
