Goldman Sachs to sell enhanced participation buffer notes linked to MSCI EAFE for Svensk

Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 9 - AB Svensk Exportkredit plans to price 0% enhanced participation buffer notes due 2010 linked to the MSCI EAFE index via underwriter Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will have a tenor of 18 to 20 months.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, subject to a maximum payout that is expected to be 115% to 121% of par and will be set at pricing. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.
