New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $7.62 million buffer notes linked to MSCI EAFE for Svensk

Chicago, March 18 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced $7.62 million of 0% enhanced participation buffer notes due March 31, 2010 linked to the MSCI EAFE index via underwriter Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, capped at 132.7% of par.
If the index declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Beyond a 10% drop, investors will be exposed to any losses.
