Svensk plans enhanced participation buffer notes linked to MSCI EAFE via Goldman Sachs

Des Moines, March 12 - AB Svensk Exportkredit plans to price 0% enhanced participation buffer notes due 2010 linked to the MSCI EAFE index via Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are expected to mature in 24 to 25 months.

If the final index level is at least the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any index gain, capped at a maximum payout that will be between 127% and 133% of par.

If the index declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.
