New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $23.31 million notes linked to MSCI EAFE for Svensk

Chicago, Nov. 4 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced $23.31 million of 0% index-linked notes due Nov. 18, 2010 linked to the MSCI EAFE index via Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain, up to a maximum return of 41.6%. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 15% or less and will lose 1.1765% for every 1% the index declines beyond 15%.
