Goldman Sachs to price notes linked to S&P GSCI index for Svensk

Chicago, Oct. 30 - AB Svensk Exportkredit plans to price notes due Nov. 14, 2009 linked to the S&P GSCI index via Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay interest on Feb. 7, 2008, May 7, 2008 and Aug. 7, 2008 and at maturity or upon earlier redemption or repurchase at an annual rate equal to Libor minus 27 basis points.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return.

The notes are expected to price on Oct. 31 and settle on Nov. 7.
