Supertex Industries considers issuing various convertible securities

Knoxville, Tenn., July 12 - Supertex Industries Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider a proposal to issue convertible bonds, convertible debentures or other convertible securities at a board of directors meeting on July 13.

Supertex Industries is a Silvasa, India-based textile company.
