Sun River plans best-efforts financing via Europa Securities

Knoxville, Tenn., March 11 - Sun River Energy Inc. has entered into a agreement with agent Europa Securities LLC for a best-efforts private placement, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used as operating capital.

According to the filing, the offering's details have not yet been determined. The company said it will consult with Europa on the both the structure and timing of the deal.

Located in Wheat Ridge, Colo., Sun River is an oil and natural gas exploration company.
