Sunil Hitech Engineers may issue convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 21 - Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it might issue convertible bonds.

The company will hold a board meeting on Sunday to discuss the proposal.

Securities issued may include American Depository Receipts, Global Depository Receipts and convertibles.

Maharashtra, India-based Sunil Hitech Engineers fabricates, erects and commissions bunkers, electric service providers and boilers.
