Sugar Creek CLO will redeem class A, B, C, D and E notes on April 20

Columbus, Ohio, April 7 – Sugar Creek CLO, Ltd./Sugar Creek CLO, LLC will redeem all five classes of its outstanding secured notes by liquidation at the direction of holders of a majority of the subordinated notes, according to a London Stock Exchange notice.

The following notes will be redeemed on April 20 at the redemption amounts listed, which reflect par plus accrued interest to the redemption date:

• $49,572,026.17 class A notes;

• $28,261,107.70 class B notes;

• $19,725,717.86 class C notes;

• $12,659,690.94 class D notes; and

• $10,423,740.32 class E notes.
