Suburban Propane Partners files automatic shelf for debt securities

Knoxville, Tenn., March 9 - Suburban Propane Partners, LP and Suburban Energy Finance Corp. jointly filed a senior debt securities automatic shelf registration in an S-3 ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for general partnership purposes.

Whippany, N.J.-based Suburban Propane Partners supplies propane, fuel oil and related products and services and markets natural gas and electricity.
