Two Stratton funds add Andrew DiZio to portfolio management teams

San Diego, March 30 - Stratton Mutual Funds announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission portfolio management changes for two of its funds.

Effective April 2, Andrew T. DiZio is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Stratton Real Estate Fund. John A. Affleck and Shawn M. Gallagher are also part of the management teams for the fund.

DiZio has also been added to the management team for the Stratton Multi-Cap Fund. He joins John A. Affleck and lead manager Gallagher, who is primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the fund.

Plymouth Meeting, Pa.-based Stratton Management Co. is the investment adviser to the funds.
