John Hancock's Strategic Equity Allocation Fund drops fees to 0.68%

San Diego, April 5 - John Hancock Funds II said that the investment adviser to its Strategic Equity Allocation Fund agreed limit its management fee to 0.48% of the fund's average annual net assets until March 26, 2013, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

As a result, the total annual fund operating expenses have decreased to 0.51% from 0.68%.

Boston-based John Hancock Investment Management Services, LLC serves as the investment adviser to the fund.
