ACG Trust III intends to redeem $346.53 million of notes on Jan. 25

Norfolk, Va., Jan. 5 – ACG Trust III said it plans to redeem three classes of its notes on Jan. 25, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed in full:

• $274,895,465.10 of class G-1 notes due 2035;

• $35,070,232.84 of class B-1 notes due 2035; and

• $36,562,583.18 of class C-1 notes due 2035.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

ACG Trust III is a trust under Aviation Capital Group, a Newport Beach, Calif.-based provider of aircraft operating leases.
