Fitch: Aviation notes BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it expects to assign Aviation Capital Group Corp.'s $350 million of senior notes a BBB- rating.

The company's BBB- issuer default rating and stable outlook are unaffected.

Aviation Capital is a direct subsidiary of Pacific Life Insurance Co., Fitch said.

The financial strength and liquidity of Pacific Life Insurance's parent Pacific LifeCorp. support the long-term issuer default ratings of A- and A for Pacific Life and Pacific Life Insurance, respectively, the agency said.

Aviation's ratings reflect the financial and operational support from Pacific Life Insurance, the agency added.

The ratings consider Aviation's improving financial performance trends and demonstrated ability to maintain relatively consistent financial performance through sector and economic cycles, Fitch said.
