New Issue: HSBC prices $16.55 million leveraged notes linked to Stoxx Europe 600 Banks

Tacoma, Wash., June 30 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $16.55 million of 0% Leveraged Index Return Notes due June 26, 2020 linked to the Stoxx Europe 600 Banks index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 157% of the index return. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 15% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 15%.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.
