St. Joseph County, Ind., calls $195.11 million of Notre Dame bonds

Norfolk, Va., Jan. 22 – St. Joseph County, Ind., called $195.11 million of its variable-rate educational facilities revenue bonds issued for the University of Notre Dame Du Lac project, according to multiple notices.

The county will redeem $45.11 million of series 2003 bonds due March 1, 2038, $75 million of 2005 bonds due March 1, 2040 and $75 million of 2007 bonds due March 1, 2042.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Feb. 5.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee or agent for the 2003 and 2005 bonds, and Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the agent for the 2007 bonds.
