Moody's lowers St. John Health, Okla., to A1

Moody's Investors Service said it downgraded to A1 from Aa3 the rating on St. John Health System's $334 million of outstanding debt issued by the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority.

The outlook is stable.

The affected debt includes $5 million of series 1984, $33 million of series 1999, $48 million of series 2004 and $248 million of series 2007. The series 1984 bonds also carry a VMIG 1 rating.
