Avery Point II directed to redeem seven classes of notes on March 26

Columbus, Ohio, March 15 – Avery Point II CLO, Ltd./Avery Point II CLO, Corp. received direction from holders of a majority of its subordinated notes to redeem seven classes of its notes, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on March 26 at the following redemption prices, which include accrued interest to the redemption date:

• $267,333,489.04 for the class A notes;

• $46,285,111.12 for the class B-1 notes;

• $25,153,812.50 for the class B-2 notes;

• $36,304,730.44 for the class C notes;

• $26,254,460.87 for the class D notes;

• $24,271,153.63 for the class E notes; and

• $13,674,198.92 for the class E notes.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Bain Capital Credit, LP is the portfolio manager.
