Avery Dennison to price fixed-rate notes via four bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 29 – Avery Dennison Corp. plans to sell fixed-rate senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes feature a make-whole call and a par call.
BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are the bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used to repay commercial paper.
Avery Dennison is a Pasadena, Calif.-based maker of pressure-sensitive materials, retail branding and information products and organization and identification products.
