Charlotte, N.C., May 18 – Steris Corp. placed $350 million of senior notes with various institutional investors, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes were issued as follows:
• $125 million of 3.45% notes, series A-1, due 2025;
• $125 million of 3.55% notes, series A-2, due 2027; and
• $100 million of 3.7% notes, series A-3, due 2030.
Proceeds will be used to repay debt and for other corporate purposes.
The notes have a make-whole call at Treasuries plus 50 basis points.
Steris is a Mentor, Ohio-based maker of contamination control and surgical support products.
