Moody’s reviews Steinhoff

Moody's Investors Service said it placed Steinhoff International Holdings Ltd.’s corporate family rating of Ba1 under review for upgrade.

The action follows a number of credit positive transactions, including the recent conclusion of its Pepkor acquisition and offer to buyout minorities in its JD Group investment, which together have strengthened the consolidated credit profile.
