Starwood to pay upcoming put on convertibles in cash

New York, May 7 - Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. said it plans to pay the upcoming put on its series B zero-coupon convertible senior notes due 2021 in cash.

The securities are putable on May 25.

Starwood is a White Plains, N.Y., hotel operator.
