Staples to redeem remaining $226.62 million of 4 3/8% notes due 2023

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 16 – Staples, Inc. issued a redemption notice for the remaining $226,622,000 outstanding principal amount of its $500 million 4 3/8% senior notes due Jan. 12, 2023.

The notes will be redeemed on Nov. 10 at par plus a make-whole premium plus accrued interest to the redemption date, according to a news release.

Staples is a Framingham, Mass., retailer of office supplies.
