Stanley Black & Decker 5.75% debentures due 2052 to begin trading

Kansas City, Kan., July 26 - The New York Stock Exchange has admitted Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.'s 5.75% junior subordinated debentures due 2052 to trading, according to a notice.

The debentures trade under the symbol "SWJ."

Stanley Black & Decker is a New Britain, Conn.-based provider of tools and security solutions.
