Staniford Street seeks consents to designate key person successors

Olympia, Wash., May 15 – Staniford Street CLO, Ltd./Staniford Street CLO, LLC is seeking consents from noteholders to designate James Fellows, Robert Hickey and Michael Herzig each as a key person as successors for Andrea S. Feingold, Timothy Conway and Scott M. D’Orsi, respectively, under the collateral management agreement with First Eagle Private Credit Advisors as collateral manager.

Fellows is the chief investment officer, Hickey is a senior managing director and Herzig is a senior managing director and head of business development of the collateral manager.

Holders of the $45 million class B-R senior secured floating-rate notes due 2025, $12.5 million class F deferrable floating-rate notes due 2025 and $31 million subordinated notes due 2025 were notified.

The deadline to respond is 5 p.m. ET on June 25.

The issuer and the collateral manager intend to effect the key person succession on the first date that the issuer has received the consents of holders of at least a supermajority of the aggregate principal amount of the class B-R notes and a majority of the aggregate principal amount of the class F notes and the subordinated notes, voting together as a single class.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
