SquareTwo Financial Services five-member creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, April 7 – SquareTwo Financial Services Corp.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Friday by Region 2 U.S. trustee William K. Harrington, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The committee members are Matthew Brooks of Boston, representing Enver Cehic; Philip D. Stern of Springfield, N.J., representing Daniel Mente; Lynn Wechter of Huntington National Bank of Canton, Ohio; Christopher Ward of Wilmington, Del., representing Lynn M. Dingwall; and Mark Parrish of Independence, Mo., representing Shana Long.

Square Two Financial is a Denver-based asset recovery and management company. The company filed bankruptcy on March 19 under Chapter 11 case number 17-10659.
