New Issue: Barclays sells $3.67 million buffered PLUS on MidCap, SmallCap indexes

Morgantown, W.Va., April 20 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.67 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Nov. 3, 2020 linked to S&P MidCap 400 index and the S&P SmallCap 600 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of each index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 108.8% of the gain in the lesser performing index. Investors will receive par if the lesser performing index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.
Barclays is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is acting as dealer.
