Singapore's SP PowerAssets to redeem S$200 million of 2012 notes

New York, June 20 - Singapore power utility SP PowerAssets Ltd. said it will exercise an option to redeem S$200 million of its series 006 notes due 2012 on July 27.

The S$400 million issue of 2012 floating-rate notes fall under the company's S$6 billion global medium-term note program.
