Olympia, Wash., Oct. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.23 million of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Oct. 14, 2021 linked to a basket of indexes and an ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with a 70% weight, the S&P MidCap 400 index with a 15% weight and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF with a 15% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any basket gain, capped at par plus 16.35%.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
