New Issue: Barclays prices $1.48 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to index basket

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.48 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes July 30, 2021 linked to a basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with a 70% weight, the Russell 2000 index with a 10% weight and the S&P MidCap 400 index with a 20% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times any basket gain, up to a maximum return of 18.75%.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 12% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.
