Olympia, Wash., July 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $5.03 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 3, 2019 linked to the S&P MidCap 400 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum of $11.33 per PLUS.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
