Chicago, July 8 – GS Finance Corp. priced $8.16 million of 0% digital notes due July 6, 2018 linked to the S&P MidCap 400 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index finishes at or above the 85% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of $1,123 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
