Credit Suisse revises maximum amounts for four VelocityShares ETNs

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 2 – Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch made changes to the amount of VelocityShares exchange-traded notes it has registered to sell, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The issuer decreased the maximum amount of VelocityShares 3x Long Crude Oil ETNs it will sell to $750 billion from $873 billion. The notes are linked to the S&P GSCI Crude Oil Index Excess Return.
The issuer increased the maximum amount of VelocityShares 3x Long Natural Gas ETNs to $937.5 billion from $316,237,500,000. The notes are linked to the S&P GSCI Natural Gas Index Excess Return.
The issuer increased the maximum amount of VelocityShares 3x Inverse Crude Oil ETNs to $7.5 billion from $2,286,000,000. The notes are linked to the S&P GSCI Crude Oil Index Excess Return.
The issuer increased the maximum amount of VelocityShares 3x Inverse Natural Gas ETNs to $7.5 billion from $2,728,750,000. The notes are linked to the S&P GSCI Natural Gas Index Excess Return.
Each series matures Feb. 9, 2032.
As of Friday, there were issued and outstanding $225,162,910,000 of the long crude oil ETNs, $63,171,268,750 of the long natural gas ETNs, $323.27 million of the inverse crude oil ETNs and $706 million of the inverse natural gas ETNs.
