New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.2 million capped buffered enhanced participation notes on S&P GSCI

Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.2 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation notes due Sept. 12, 2024 linked to the S&P GSCI Index Excess Return, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of par plus 29.7%.

Investors will receive par if the index declines but finishes at or above its 90% buffer and will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline of the index beyond 10%.
