New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $5 million trigger PLUS linked to S&P GSCI Crude Oil

Tacoma, Wash., May 4 – Morgan Stanley priced $5 million of 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due June 3, 2016 linked to the S&P GSCI Crude Oil Index – Excess Return, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 141% of the index return, up to a maximum return of 20%. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 15% or less and will be fully exposed to the index’s decline from its initial level if it falls by more than 15%.
