JPMorgan plans contingent income autocallables on S&P GSCI Crude Oil

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Feb. 9 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price contingent income autocallable securities due Aug. 18, 2015 linked to the S&P GSCI Crude Oil Index Excess Return, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent monthly payment of at least 2.66667% if the index closes at or above its 80% barrier level on the observation date for that month.

The notes will be redeemed at par of $10 plus the contingent payment if the index closes at or above the 95% redemption threshold level on any determination date other than the final date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon unless the index finishes below its 80% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Feb. 13.

The Cusip number is 48125UCC4.
