Special Metals emerges from Chapter 11

New York, Nov. 26 - Special Metals Corp. said it has completed its reorganization and emerged from bankruptcy.

The Huntington, W.Va. producer of nickel alloys closed on exit financing consisting of a $200 million revolving credit facility.

As part of the reorganization, the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. assumed Special Metals' three largest pension plans.
