New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $944,000 autocallable securities on oil and gas ETF

Columbus, Ohio, July 10 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch, priced $944,000 of 0% autocallable securities due July 6, 2020 linked to the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called at par plus a premium of 14.25% a year if the fund closes at or above its initial level on an annual observation date.
If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 42.75%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.
