New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $7.45 million PLUS linked to oil & gas ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 9 – Morgan Stanley priced $7.45 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Feb. 2, 2017 based on the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 33.15%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.
