Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 11 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.44 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due April 8, 2021 linked to a basket containing two indexes and two exchange-traded funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index (40% weight), the Russell 2000 index (25% weight), the SPDR S&P MidCap 400 ETF trust (25% weight) and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF (10% weight).
If the return of basket is greater than or equal to its initial value, the payout will be par plus 125% of the basket return up to a maximum of par plus 15.1%.
If the basket falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.
If the basket falls by more than 10%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the basket beyond 10%.
