New Issue: Barclays sells $1.7 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to SPDR S&P MidCap

Columbus, Ohio, May 19 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.7 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Nov. 18, 2021 linked to the SPDR S&P MidCap 400 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any ETF gain up to a 28% maximum return.

If the ETF falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

Barclays is the agent.
