New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.56 million autocallable securities on Nasdaq-100, SPDR ETF

New York, Sept. 8 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.56 million of 0% autocallable securities due Sept. 7, 2027 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index and the SPDR S&P Homebuilders ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will be called automatically with a premium of a 14% annual rate if the worst performing asset closes at or above 90% of its initial value on any quarterly review date starting on Sept. 4, 2024.

If the worst performing asset finishes at or above its 90% call threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus the premium for the final valuation date.

Investors will receive par if the worst performing asset finishes below its 90% call threshold but at or above the 60% barrier.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines from initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
