Chicago, Dec. 27 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1,099,000 of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due Nov. 30, 2023 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund finishes at or above its 80% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the fixed return of 17% and the final return of the fund.
Otherwise, investors will receive a fixed number of shares of the underlying equal to the equity ratio or a cash equivalent.
