New Issue: Citi sells $1.7 million enhanced barrier digital plus notes on SPDR S&P

Chicago, June 29 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.7 million of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due June 29, 2023 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund finishes at or above its 80% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the fixed return of 20% and any gain up to a maximum return of 60%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
