New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $2.88 million enhanced growth notes linked to ETFs

Chicago, June 30 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $2.88 million of 0% enhanced growth securities due Jan. 7, 2016 linked to a basket of exchange-traded funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust with a 45% weight, the iShares Russell 2000 index fund with a 20% weight, the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund with a 20% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Market index fund with a 15% weight.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain in the basket, up to a maximum return of 55%.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 15% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 15%.
