New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $3.96 million 1.5% notes linked to three ETFs

Tacoma, Wash., Feb. 2 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $3.96 million of 1.5% market-linked notes due Feb. 7, 2018 linked to a basket of exchange-traded funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket includes the SPDR S&P 500 ETF trust with a 60% weight, the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund with a 30% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund with a 10% weight.

Interest is payable semiannually.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return minus the cumulative amount of interest paid on the notes, subject to a floor of par.

The final basket level will be the average of its closing levels on the last trading day of January and July of each year during the life of the notes.
